Ordering

From where to buy your collection?

You can shop in-person at our Dubai branch in Jumeirah centre, or The Closet Egypt in Cairo where we showcase limited pieces of our collection.

We also offer international shipping across our website

How Can I know my size?

At the moment we offers two sizes only S/M & L/XL each model you will find the size chart in the product page for yo0ur reference.

How I can pay for my order?

we accept cash, card, Tabby and Tamara in-store. For online orders you can pay using your card at checkout or select Tabby or Tamara and pay on installments

Shipping and Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is your exchange policy?

If you are not happy with your purchases, you have 7 days hassle free exchange without questions asked. Label must be attached with invoice to accept returns

Do you Ship to my country?

We do offer international shipping using DHL Express Worldwide shipping service. 

Our shipping charges as follow:

  • UAE : AED 30
  • GCC & Middle East: will be calculated at checkout based on order weight
  • USA & Canada : will be calculated at checkout based on order weight
  • Europe: will be calculated at checkout based on order weight
  • Australia will be calculated at checkout based on order weight
How long it takes to receive my order?

We ship your orders within 48 hours from receiving it

  • UAE: Same / NeXT day
  • GCC: from 1-3 days
  • Middle East: from 1-4 days
  • Europe: from 1 – 4 days
  • USA & Canada: from 1 to 4 days
  • Australia: from 1 to 4 days
